Team Building Compensation: Each team member is encouraged to help build the team with a semi-annual bonus for every team member they successfully bring to and retain on the team. Since we believe that a team should constantly seek to improve, the recruiting team member is compensated for the continued superior performance of the person they refer.

Customer Relationship Compensation: Everyone of our team members directly interface with our customers. Our reputation and revenue are impacted by the quality of our customer relationships. Every team member receives a semi-annual assessment from the customer and/or their team leadership. Compensation, in addition to base salary, is directly linked to these assessments.

We are seeking government industry experts with a proven performance of innovative C4ISR expertise. Past experience as a government employee with current necessary clearances is a must. These following skills are desired:
